I’m assuming you mean Micro 4/3rd’s cameras, which have the 2x crop ratio.
I’ve got no idea, if you own a Canon camera you can add Nikon glass to it: no problem, however the same cannot be said for Nikon users adding Canon glass.
You WILL need an adaptor to add lenses from third parties, say if you have a SONY 4/3rd’s camera and you want to add a Canon lens, it seems almost impossible due to the tight restrictions of the camera body.
However, don’t take my poorly researched word for it! Go and ask a camera shop, photography forums.
What I can tell you is, adding a canon lens to a Panasonic camera won’t work, vice versa.
