Why thank you. Well, I’ve seen what would be deemed ‘unconventional’ with ‘conventional’ looking people together.

Personality is what keeps people sticking around - it’s the glue of a relationship. You wouldn’t mind someone if they had small fault, like say: slightly large ears. Eventually you’ll grow accustom to it. 

Say this metaphorical person is actually a massive a-hole, who’s main priority on this feted planet is to make your life as fun as a night in a hotel run by Pol Pot… obviously [in this hypothetical situation] you would rather chew your lower knee caps off. 

If you find someone attractive, it isn’t shallow to immediately judge them by looks - what is shallow is sticking around with them afterwards despite having nothing in common, nor any redeeming characteristics.
