jakewilliamthomas asked: can you please explain that cat murdering video to me. many thanks.

It’s from a Greek film called ‘Dogtooth’. It’s about a couple of parents trapping their son and two daughters within the grounds of their house - under the pretence that the outside world is dangerous. None of the children (despite being at least 18-19) have ever ventured out.

The title of the film ‘dogtooth’ comes from the idea that in order for you to be able to venture out into the wide, scary world you must loose your ‘dogtooth’… this leads to a particularly - err - unpleasant scene.

The clip I posted shows the son attacking a cat. The reason behind this is they were lead to believe by the parents that the cat is a menace, an evil, and would kill at all costs. At the end of the clip it transpires that the cat had murdered the brother who lived in a shed across the fence.

Great film, would recommend it.
